Carmel Valley Lodge

The Carmel Valley Lodge is up Carmel Valley Road at Ford Road, about eleven and a half miles inland from Highway One and Carmel. The weather is generally warmer in Carmel Valley, so you may want to stay here when the coast is foggy and cold.

The lodge offers suites and a few one and two-bedroom vacation rentals in addition to their regular rooms. The vacation rentals are cottages with wood burning fireplaces and kitchens.

A unique feature of this hotel is that the rooms are furnished with handmade Shaker furniture.

There is a heated outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, Swedish sauna and an exercise room.
